In sensory integration, innovation lives in the everyday—in the spaces where people try to navigate the world with sensory systems that are often misunderstood. That’s where we work. That’s where we lead.

Our Six Flagship Sensory Integration Resources
Created through practice, partnership, and the real-world challenges of daily life.A passion for creating Sensory Spaces
It’s about the relationship between person, environment, and occupation—the heart of the PEO model. It’s about crafting environments where sensory regulation supports praxis and meaningful participation, and where every individual feels safe, seen, and supported.
Sensory Ladders
A powerful visual tool that helps individuals identify and describe their arousal states—from shutdown to overwhelm—and understand how to move between them.
Co-produced and adaptable across age groups and settings, the ladder supports self-awareness, regulation, and communication.
Sensory Spiders
A strengths-based, person-led mapping tool that visually captures how different sensory systems affect everyday function.
Used to build understanding, inform planning, and track change over time in therapy, education, and home settings.
Sensory Grids
Sensory Grids are a practical, person-centred tool designed to support co-production and shared understanding of how sensory experiences affect everyday life.
This tool helps therapists and individuals work together to gather real-life data about a person’s meaningful occupations—such as how they move, what they prefer, what activities they choose, and any behaviours that might reflect unmet needs.
About Me Plan & Sensory Story/Scrapbook
Awareness, Management, and Participation Plan (AMP Plan)
A co-produced guide to understanding and supporting sensory integration in everyday life.
Sensory Story/Scrapbook
A story-based tool that supports people to describe their sensory experiences in their own words and images.
Encourages shared understanding, reduces stigma, and centres the person as expert in their own sensory story.
Calm & Alert Planning Tool
The Calm & Alert Planning Tool helps individuals, families, and teams create personalised sensory routines and rhythms that support regulation, engagement, and participation. It’s designed to be flexible, visual, and easy to adapt across home, school, therapy, or supported living environments.
Rather than reacting only in crisis, this tool focuses on proactive support—using sensory input to gently balance arousal and build daily routines that feel safe and manageable.
Sensory Spaces
Sensory Spaces Can Be Anywhere
Sensory spaces aren’t special rooms filled with equipment.
They can be anywhere that adapts to meet someone’s sensory needs.
What matters is that the space helps the person feel safe, settled, and supported—able to regulate their body and emotions, so they can take part in life in the way that feels right for them.
Sensory spaces are flexible, personal, and responsive.
They honour the idea that everyone’s nervous system is different—and that we all deserve spaces that meet us where we are.
Sensory Tools for Living
Supporting Everyday Life: Tools to Navigate Sensory Challenges
We offer a growing collection of resources and tools developed through years of practice, research, and collaboration—with therapists, families, and the people we support at the heart of it all.
